Branding & Settings

Make the platform your own. This is where you set the app's name, logo, favicon and brand colour — the white-label essentials — plus other system-wide settings.

Location: Admin → Settings (/admin/settings)

General / branding

SettingPurpose
App nameThe name shown throughout the app and in emails.
App taglineA short strapline used on the marketing site.
Support emailThe address customers see for help.
Primary colourYour brand accent colour (hex). Drives buttons, links and highlights.

Logo & favicon

  • Upload a logo — PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG or WEBP, up to 2 MB. Shown in the app header and emails.
  • Upload a favicon — the small icon in the browser tab.
  • You can remove either to fall back to the default.

Brand consistency

Use a transparent-background logo (PNG or SVG) so it sits cleanly on both light and dark headers. WhatsMine's own palette is forest-green #467235 with an amber accent — replace these with your own colour for a fully white-labelled product.

Advanced settings

Beyond branding, the settings area exposes other configurable values grouped by category. Sensitive values are marked as secret and masked. These let you tune platform behaviour without editing code.

Firebase (optional)

If you use Firebase for web push notifications, configure it here:

FieldPurpose
EnabledTurn Firebase on/off.
API key / Auth domain / Project ID / App IDYour Firebase web app credentials.

See Real-time & Push for the full notification options.

Per-client branding (white-label)

The settings above brand the whole platform. You can also brand individual clients so each customer's workspace shows their own logo, colour, tagline and even a custom domain. That's set on the client's page and is the key to reselling under your customers' brands.

Two layers of branding
