Admin Dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a real-time pulse of your platform's health: revenue, subscriptions, customers and message volume.

Location: Admin → Dashboard (/admin/dashboard)

Headline metrics

At the top you'll find the numbers that matter most:

MetricMeaning
MRRMonthly Recurring Revenue — your predictable monthly income.
ARPUAverage Revenue Per User.
Active subscriptionsCurrently paying customers.
TrialingCustomers in a free trial.
ClientsTotal business organisations on the platform.
UsersTotal individual user accounts.
Revenue (this period)Income over the selected date range.
MessagesVolume of messages sent/received.

Date range

Use the range selector to switch between 7, 30 and 90 days. All charts and the revenue figure update to match.

Charts

The dashboard visualises trends so you can spot growth and problems early:

  • MRR trend — recurring revenue over the last 12 months.
  • Revenue by day — daily income across the selected range.
  • New clients — sign-ups per day/week.
  • Plan distribution — how customers are spread across your plans.
  • Subscription status — active vs. trialing vs. cancelled vs. expired.
  • Messages by day & channel — volume split by WhatsApp / Messenger / Instagram / SMS / Email.
  • Top AI workspaces by cost — which customers are driving AI spend.

Recent activity

Two quick tables keep you informed:

  • Recent clients — the latest businesses to join.
  • Recent payments — the most recent transactions.

Health warnings

The dashboard surfaces configuration warnings — for example, if your mail driver is still set to log in a production environment (which means no emails are actually being delivered). Act on these before launch; the Going Live Checklist covers them all.

➡️ Next: manage your customers in Clients.
