Admin Guide Overview

The Admin Panel is your control centre as the platform owner. From here you manage the businesses that use your platform, the plans they pay for, the money you collect, the look of your brand, and every integration that powers the product.

This guide is for you, the platform operator — not your customers. (Your customers use the App.)

Signing in

The admin panel lives at:

https://your-domain.com/admin/login

Sign in with the Super-Admin account you created during installation. The admin panel uses a completely separate login and account system from your customers, so there's no risk of the two mixing.

The admin layout

Once logged in you'll see:

  • A left sidebar with every admin section (only the sections your role can access are shown).
  • A top bar with global search (press ⌘/Ctrl + K), notifications and your account menu.
  • The main content area for the section you're viewing.

Roles & access

Admin accounts are governed by role-based access control (RBAC). The built-in roles are:

  • Super Admin — full access to everything.
  • Admin — broad access, configurable.
  • Support — limited, support-focused access.

You can create custom roles with exactly the permissions you choose, and invite staff members as admin users. See Roles & Permissions.

Global search

Press ⌘/Ctrl + K anywhere in the admin panel to jump to a client, user, plan, subscription or admin page instantly.

A typical first-day workflow

  1. Brand the platform — name, logo, colour.
  2. Configure email and send a test.
  3. Connect a payment gateway.
  4. Review your plans.
  5. Add your integrations (Meta, AI, SMS…).
  6. Edit your marketing site.
  7. Invite your team.

➡️ Start with the Dashboard.
