User Guide Overview

This guide is for business users โ€” the people who log into WhatsMine to talk to their customers, run campaigns, build chatbots and manage contacts. If you run the whole platform instead, see the Admin Guide.

Signing in

Your application lives at:

https://your-domain.com/login

Sign in with the email and password you registered (or that your administrator created for you). First time in? You'll be guided through a short onboarding wizard.

The app layout

  • A left sidebar lists every tool: Inbox, Contacts, Campaigns, AI, Automations, Social, Leads, E-commerce, Reports and Settings.
  • A top bar has global search (โŒ˜/Ctrl + K), the notification bell, your workspace switcher and your account menu.
  • A usage banner appears when you're close to a plan limit, with an upgrade option.

Onboarding

The first time you log in, a wizard helps you get set up โ€” connecting a channel, importing contacts and finding your way around. You can revisit or skip it at any time.

Workspaces

Everything you do lives inside a workspace. A workspace is a self-contained space for one brand, team or project โ€” its own contacts, conversations, channels and campaigns. You can create multiple workspaces and switch between them from the top bar. See Workspaces & Team.
