Account, Settings & Security

Everything about your personal account and your workspace settings β€” profile, password, two-factor authentication, sessions, notifications and support.

Your profile

Location: Profile (/profile)

Update your name and email, change your password, and manage your account. You can also delete your account here if you need to.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Location: Profile β†’ Two-Factor

Add an extra layer of security with TOTP-based 2FA:

  1. Go to Two-Factor.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password…).
  3. Enter the code to confirm.
  4. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe β€” they let you back in if you lose your device.

You can disable 2FA or regenerate recovery codes at any time.

Active sessions

Location: Profile β†’ Sessions

See every device currently logged into your account, with its location and last activity. If you spot something you don't recognise, log out other sessions in one click.

Workspace settings

Location: Settings (/settings)

Configure your workspace β€” its name, logo, timezone and other preferences. (Available to workspace administrators.)

Notification preferences

Location: Settings β†’ Notifications

Choose how and when you're notified:

  • In-app notifications (the bell in the top bar).
  • Email notifications.
  • Browser push notifications β€” enable these to get alerts even when the app isn't open.

Data export (GDPR)

Location: Settings β†’ Data Export

Request an export of your workspace data β€” useful for compliance and backups.

Activity / audit log

Location: Audit Log

Workspace administrators can review a log of important actions taken in the workspace, for security and accountability.

Location: Support

Need help? Open a support ticket from within the app:

  1. Go to Support β†’ New Ticket.
  2. Describe your issue.
  3. Track replies right inside the app β€” you'll be notified when the team responds.
