Understand what's working. WhatsMine includes analytics for every major area — inbox, campaigns, automations, AI and social — plus CSV exports for deeper analysis.

Available reports

Each report lets you spot trends, compare periods and identify where to focus.

Campaign analytics

Open any campaign to see its detailed report — how many messages were queued, sent, delivered, read and failed, plus replies (which land back in your Inbox).

Exporting data

Need the raw numbers? Export to CSV:

Tips

  • Check the Inbox report to balance your team's workload and improve response times.
  • Use Campaign reports to learn which templates and audiences perform best, then double down.
  • Watch the AI report to keep token costs in line with your plan.
