Platform credentials
Shopify and BigCommerce OAuth require app credentials set by your platform administrator. See E-commerce integration.
Products
Location: E-commerce → Products (/app/ecommerce/products)
Browse the products synced from your store(s). You can search products and share them directly into a conversation in the Inbox — great for sending a customer exactly the item they're asking about.
Orders
Location: E-commerce → Orders (/app/ecommerce/orders)

View orders from all connected stores. Open an order to see its details, refresh its status from the store, or mark it fulfilled.
Order context in chat & chatbots
When you open a contact, you can see their orders right there — so agents have full context. And if you've built an AI chatbot, it can read this order history to answer questions like "Where is my order?" with accurate, up-to-date information.
Keeping data fresh
Products and orders sync when you connect a store and can be re-synced on demand. Store webhooks (configured during connection) keep order data updated as things change.
